Confirmation Policy

  • Himalayan Wings delivers the Confirmation voucher to guest via Email.
  • In case of unavailibilty of service dates updated voucher well be produced via Email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Himalayan Wings Offeres Cancellation Policy to the Clients.
  • 15 - 30 days before cancellation from the travelling date 25% of payment will be charged as cancellation fee of total amount of tour.
  • 0 - 15 days before Cancellation from the travelling date 50% of payment will be charged as cancellation fee of total tour amount.

Payments Term & Policy

  • 40% advance of total tour amount on Booking Confirmation.
  • 100% Payments to be done if 0 day remains for travelling date.

Refund Term & Policy

  • Himalayan Wings will Refund the Cancellation Amount in your account wiht in 10 business Days.

Other Terms

  • Tourist must have to follow all the mendatory COVID guidelines by States Govt & Govt. of INDIA.
